Eligibility

Registration for SurgX Tbilisi International Student’s Surgical Conference 2025 is open to all medical students, healthcare trainees, and interested individuals worldwide. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. International participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and visas where required.

discounts

• Participants are eligible for only one type of discount (Group, Loyalty, or EduPass). Discounts cannot be combined.
• Loyalty Discount: Past SurgX attendees will receive a unique discount code from the organizing team. By entering this code at registration, the discount will be applied.
• Group Discount: Applicable when 10 or more participants register together under a single booking and make one combined payment.
• EduPass Discount: EduPass members are entitled to a 25% discount on SurgX 2025 registration. This can be availed by either entering their valid EduPass ID or applying a unique EduPass discount code provided to them.

Payments

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfers (BOG & TBC), Credit/Debit Cards, (for international attendees), and other options specified on the registration form.

Registration will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment

Workshops & Add-ons

• A separate workshop selection form will be released closer to the event date. Workshop slots will remain limited and allocated on a first-come, firstserved basis once the workshop selection form is live.
• Additional workshops, masterclasses, or specialized sessions may be attended with the purchase of add-on passes

Priority Workshop Selection

• Early Bird registrants will have priority access once the workshop selection form is released.
• Slots are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the organizing team.

Changes to Workshop Selection

Requests to change workshops may be considered only after the workshop selection form is open and are subject to availability and organizer discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Attendee cancellations are not permitted.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SurgX Tbilisi International Student’s Surgical Conference 2025 organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the event format (including shifting to hybrid or fully online).
• If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, registrants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled edition.

Communication

• By registering, you agree to receive official communications from the SurgX Tbilisi International Student’s Surgical Conference 2025 organizing team, including event updates, schedules, travel guidelines, workshop information, and logistical details.
• It is the attendee’s responsibility to provide accurate details during registration, including full name, last name, valid email address, and contact number.
• The details submitted will be considered final and will appear on participation certificates. No changes will be made after submission.
• If an attendee provides incorrect details or fails to check their registered email/contact regularly, the organizers will not be responsible for missed communications.
• Attendees are strongly advised to regularly check their emails and messages to avoid miscommunication and ensure they receive all updates in time

Personal Property & Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event. Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions with valuables.

Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

Visa policy

EduGradient does not issue or process visas. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel documentation. We will provide supporting documents on request (formal invitation letters, conference schedules and receipts) and can guide you through the visa application process, but securing the visa is the attendee’s responsibility.
